You are experienced in international B2B sales and want to do more than just generate revenue?
With us, you will sell highly specialized personal protective equipment that protects people worldwide from electrical hazards and arc flash risks – in a stable, growing and technology-driven market.
Since 1993, we have stood for quality, innovation and responsibility as “The strong partner for your safety.” With around 70 employees, we develop, manufacture and distribute solutions for working on or near live electrical installations – worldwide.
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an International Sales Manager (m/f/d).
Your mission
- International customer development: Manage and grow existing B2B customer relationships while strategically expanding our international sales network.
- Consultative selling: Present and explain technically complex products convincingly – at customer sites, international trade fairs and industry events.
- Sales ownership: Take full responsibility for the sales process, from initial inquiry and quotation to contract negotiation and delivery.
- Market & innovation focus: Identify market trends, translate customer needs into actionable input, and collaborate closely with product development and internal sales teams.
- Brand representation: Act as an ambassador for our company in international markets.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in international technical B2B sales, ideally in PPE, industrial equipment or other highly technical products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (German is an advantage)
- Confident presentation skills and a professional, customer-oriented mindset
- High willingness to travel internationally
- Structured, self-driven working style with a strong sales mentality
